Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its original URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or if outside the U.S., to an appropriate judicial body), and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Processing of Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content. We may notify the user responsible for posting the material so they have the opportunity to file a counter-notification. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.
Good Faith Requirement
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent
that material or activity is infringing. Filing a false or abusive claim may result in legal consequences.
